Posing scantily-dressed or completely nude for the gram is no longer a new thing these days. It is quite common as the Nigerian entertainment industry, especially female celebrities, sees nudity as expression of one’s sexuality.

For some celebs, going nude is about feeling confident while others just bare it all out for fun.

Although most of these celebrities who shares racy photos of themselves continue to get bashed on social media, it doesn’t still stop them from doing it.

Tiwa Savage

Nigerian afrobeat queen and mother of one, Tiwa Savage, set the internet ablaze on November 2, 2020, after she shared raunchy photos of herself on Instagram.

In the "towel series" black and white photos, Tiwa who was unclad covered her pubic region with a towel. While most of her celebrity friends hailed her, other Nigerians lambasted the ‘Dangerous Love’ crooner for posting such photos.

Brymo

Brymo had mouth waggling after he went nude in the music video for his single ‘Heya’. In the video, he was seen wearing a piece of clothing covering only his groin area while playing piano under a bridge in Lagos.

The video generated mixed opinion from social media users. Some agreed with his art while others couldn’t wrap their head around why he would choose a G-String to play piano under a hot sun.

Uche Ogbodo

In celebration of her 33rd birthday on May 18th, 2020, the actress shared racy photos of herself striking a series of sensational poses.

Although Ogbodo was bashed by Instagram users, she revealed that she almost lost her life in 2020 and that if she has to show off her body in appreciation for her life, she wouldn’t mind.

Flavour

Flavour is one of many artistes who aren’t scared of showing off their hot and sexy bodies. In April 2016, the singer shared an almost nude photo, but for the guitar, of himself for his fans to feast on. He shared the photo of himself on Instagram with the caption: “Good evening Lagos #ijele nwoke umunze na ekene.”

Toyin Lawani

She’s a socialite and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Tiannah Empire, a fashion empire. Lawani is a regular when it comes to breaking the internet with her hot body. She has been criticized so many times but the entrepreneur appears to have developed a thick skin for criticism and continues to do what she loves. According to her, she’s comfortable in her skin and people’s opinion doesn’t put food on her table.

Darey Art Alade

In 2015, Nigerian R&B singer, Darey Art Alade, shocked his fans after he released racy promotional photo of himself in anticipation of his 4th studio album ‘Naked’.

He shared the photo on his Instagram with the caption: “Being Naked isn’t just about Nudity, it’s also about being honest, being vulnerable, being real. Today, I’m asking you all to do something you’ve never done before.
