Abubakar said the exercise would run from June 15 to July 5, 2022, in the state's permanent orientation camp, Wailo in Ganjuwa Local Government Area.

He added that the PCMs who test positive for COVID-19 would not be allowed on the camping ground but will be referred to the NCDC isolation centre outside the camp.

Abubakar further said that 200 members would be registered daily while the swearing-in event would take place on June 21, 2022.

“Registration date has been assigned to each prospective corps member to avoid overcrowding.

“Participants are advised to adhere strictly to the COVID-19 safety measures put in place by the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 and the NCDC,” he said.

He urged the incoming corps members to be diligent and punctual while complying with the dress code in camp to avoid being sanctioned in accordance with NYSC by-laws.
