The management of Oando Plc has announced Leaf Investment & Realtors Limited as its part owner after it successfully completed the acquisition of 15.83% of Oando PLC shares.
These shares were previously held by Alhaji Dahiru Mangal, who owned 1,968,452,614 shares in Oando PLC up until this deal was concluded.
As a result of this transaction, Leaf Investment & Realtors Limited becomes a part owner of Oando Plc.
"In accordance with Rule 17:13 (a) of the Nigerian Exchange Limited Issuers’ Rules, we hereby announce the acquisition of Alhaji Dahiru Mangal’s interest of 1,968,452,614, shares in Oando PLC by Leaf Investment & Realtors Limited", its press statement reads.
