Odumodublvck Shares Opinion On Why Peter Obi Lost Presidenti

Popular Nigerian rapper, Tochukwu Ojogwu, widely known as Odumodublvck, has suggested that the failure of the Labour Party’s Presidential candidate, Peter Obi, in the 2023 general elections can be attributed to a lack of support from influential figures like Musiliu Akisanya, also known as MC Oluomo, the Chairman of the Lagos State Park Management.

During his album listening party in Abuja on Thursday night, Odumodublvck addressed a crowd and shared his perspective on the election.

He contended that Peter Obi might have had a better chance of winning if he had someone like MC Oluomo in his corner.

The rapper clarified that the title of one of his songs ‘MC Oluomo’, was not dedicated to the Lagos road transport boss, despite claims to the contrary.

He emphasised that he was on the opposing political side during the election, supporting Peter Obi against President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Odumodublvck urged his fans to embody the resilience and determination associated with figures like MC Oluomo in order to achieve success in their endeavours.

“They started insulting me that I’m singing for MC Oluomo, idiots. Declan Rice is not about Declan Rice. MC Oluomo is not about MC Oluomo.

“I myself was on the other side of politics supporting Peter Obi. But I can’t even lie if Peter Obi had an MC Oluomo we would have had a chance.

“Person wey be sey when they are winning us for ballot box he go sey common una papa, scatter am. That’s what we need to take the country, power is not given, it is taken. Whatever you are doing in your life, have MC Oluomo in you.”
