Ogun Amotekun Nabs Suspected Money Ritualist With Blood-Stai

Operatives of Ogun State Security Network, Amotekun Corps have apprehended a 30-year-old man, Felix Ikpeha for the possession of female underwear with wet blood stains.

It was revealed by the Ogun Amotekun Commander on Thursday that the Warri Delta State indigene was arrested in the Imo-Ayo community, Ajibawo Atan Ota in the Ado-Odo/Ota local Government Area of the state.

Akinremi disclosed that the suspect was arrested following an alarm raised by some members of the community who were suspicious of his movement.

“When the suspect was searched, three bloodstained wet female pants were found in his possession for which he could not give any satisfactory explanation.

“He however claimed to have removed them from dustbins, but insisted he does not know the exact location where he picked them from.”

The Amotekun Commander who explained that Ikpeha was suspected to be working for a syndicate involved in money and other rituals added that the suspect had been transferred to the police for further investigation and possible prosecution.

“The corps also arrested eight suspected fraudsters for allegedly swindling unsuspected members of the public of the sum of N15 million.

“The names of the suspects are Hadi Ibikanmi (20), Hounkpe Stephen (29), Ayinla Ibikanmi (23), Lepe Omoniyi (26), Olabisi Opeifa (29), Sulaimon Yakub (25), Samuel Ayerin (24) and Juliet Maderubami (28).

“The suspects were arrested on Friday, September 30 at their hideout in the Idi-Iroko area of the Ipokia local government area of the state.

“They defrauded their victims on the pretence of online business investment and also facilitated admission for them in a foreign university.”

The corps commander disclosed that the suspects were previously operating in the Benin Republic, but relocated to Nigeria after they were dislodged by the Beninois authority.
