Ogun Government Provides Furniture For School

The Ogun State Government has provided classroom desks at the Saint Kizito's High School, Iwopin, Ogun Waterside.

The supply of the desks is coming a day after pictures of students writing their promotion exams on the bare floor was splashed on the social media.

Festus Ogun, a lawyer had shared photos of the students on Monday on his social media pages.

He also bashed the government of Dapo Abiodun for neglecting the education sector.

Also, on Tuesday, Ogun shared pictures showing new sets of furniture being delivered to the school.

"Commendably, Ogun State Government has swiftly provided the students of St. Kizito's High School, Iwopin with chairs.

"While this intervention is laudable, I respectfully submit that the show of shame could have been avoided in the first place," Ogun wrote.
