Ogun Governor Welcomes CP Mba To State

Governor Dapo Abiodun of Ogun State has pledged that he will continue to extend a hand to the new security heads deployed to the state as he did to their predecessors.

Abiodun made this known on Thursday when he welcomed the newly deployed Police Commissioner, Frank Mba into the state alongside with Brigadier-General Mohammed Aminu who is the Commander of 35 Artillery Brigade, Alamala, Abeokuta.

"We made a pledge to continue to extend more hand of support to the new security heads as we did their predecessors who did excellently well, and made a special note of the recent delivery of drones to Ogun State to assist security agencies in tracking criminals," Abiodun reiterated.

Mba was deployed to Ogun state to take over as the CP from Lanre Bankole in a provisional posting ordered by the Police IGP on Tuesday.

The former Ogun CP, Bankole has been deployed to the Force Headquarters, Abuja.
