Olalekan Afolabi's Debut Film 'Freedom Way' Releases New Pictures

Olalekan Afolabi takes the director role for his debut feature film, 'Freedom Way' and new stills for the production have just been released.

The movie follows the story of three young co-founders struggling to keep their startup alive despite sabotage by a powerful competitor.

A bike man finds himself making hard choices when his means of livelihood is lost and he still needs to provide for his family.

This drama features Debo Adedayo (Mr Macaroni) as Abiola, Timini Egbuson as Tayo, Bucci Franklin as Edi and South African Actor, Hungani Ndlovu as Themba.

They are joined by electric actress Meg Otanwa who stars as Funke, Taye Arimoro as Doctor Cheta and the stunning Sophie Alakija as Temi.

Also featured are veterans Jide Kosoko as Chief Adewale, Bimbo Akintola as Officer Kudirat and Femi Jacobs as Officer Ajayi.

Although there is no release date yet, 'Freedom Way' is an engaging drama mirroring the real-life effects of government policies on the lives of the common man.

Blessing Uzzi is credited as both writer and producer. The film also features south African Kabelo Thathe as director of photography.
