Actress Joke Silva has yet again refuted rumours that her husband Olu Jacobs is dead.

Joke stated in an Instagram story that her husband is healthy and happy, 'enjoying himself as always in the comfort of his home.'

The veteran's death has been spread for the second time in two years.

The family added that he is having a good time as usual in the comfort of his home and with his loved ones.

They have threatened to sue the source of the fake news.

"The Jacobs clan would love inform you that Papa J (Olu Jacobs MFR) is alive and well.

"Enjoying himself as always in his home and loved ones.
