Oluwo hails Tinubu, Oyetola for NAHCON appointments

The Oluwo of Iwoland, Oba Abdulrosheed Adewale Akanbi, has commended President Ahmed Tinubu for appointing of two Iwo sons into the National Hajj Commission (NAHCON).

He also commended the Minister of Marine and Blue Economy and immediately oast governor of Osun State, Adegboyega Oyetola.

The appointed Iwo indigenes include; Tajudeen Abefe and Prof Mafhouz Adedimeji.

Oluwo also congratulated the two appointees and expressed assurance in their administrative prowess.

The Osun monarch assured that the duo will make significant positive contributions to the commission.

Oluwo made this known in a statement made available by his Chief Press Secretary, Alli Ibraheem.

"I specially appreciate President Ahmed Tinubu and the Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, Alhaji Isiaq Gboyega Oyetola, for influencing the appointment of my subjects, Dr. Tajudeen Abefe and Prof. Mafhouz Adedimeji, as board member of the National Hajji Commission of Nigeria (NACHON).

"On behalf of the good people of Iwo and Osun State, I'm assuring Nigerians and the promoters of the appointments of distinctive exceptional perfmance and service delivery. I'm hopeful their achievements will influence more appointments for Iwo sons and daughters.

"I pray for wisdom greater than that of Solomon for Dr. Tajudeen and Prof. Mafhouz to constructively pilot the affairs of the commission to a constructive end. May God continue to strengthen you for humanity."
