Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom will today be recognised in Port Harcourt with the highest honours in Rivers State.
The award which is called ‘Grand Service Star of Rivers State (GSSRS)’ will be presented to Governor Ortom by Governor Nyesom Wike.
Governor Wike described the Benue State Governor as a true friend of Rivers people who is trustworthy and dependable.
The governors who are among the aggreived five of the Peoples Democratic Party, have continue to collaborate with decision taken against the party's presidential aspirant.
The award ceremony is taking place at Government House, Port Harcourt.
