Oscars 2021: Full Nominations List

The nominations for the 2021 Academy Awards, popularly known as the Oscars was made on Monday by Hollywood power couples, Priyanka Chopra Jonas and her husband Nick Jonas in London.

The 93rd Academy Awards ceremony is scheduled to take place in Los Angeles on April 25, 2021, two months later than originally planned date, due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on cinema.  The event will honour the best films released between January 1, 2020, and February 28, 2021

The movie 'Manks' led the way with 10 nominations.

Viola Davis, who was nominated for best actress for “Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom,” is now the most-nominated Black actress ever, with four nominations, and the only Black woman with two best actress nominations.

Two women, Emerald Fennell and Chloé Zhao were nominated in the directing category in the same year for the first time. Chloe Zhao is nominated for her work on “Nomadland” and Emerald Fennell is nominated for “Promising Young Woman.”
