Osun FRSC Commences 2022 World Day Of Rememberance For Road Traffic Victims

The Osun Sector Command of the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) has commenced the Rememberance Day for Road Traffic Crash victims.

According to the statement made known by the Sector Commander, Paul Okpe and signed by the spokesperson, Agnes Ogungbemi, the programme kicked off from November 15, 2022 and rounds off on November 20, 2022.

The statement also stated that the theme for this year event is Justice and the slogan is Remember, Support, Act.

"The event to be marked by the Command include the following:

"Day 2 Wed. 16/11/22: Visit to motor parks in the state.

"Day 3: Thursday 27/11/22: Meeting with stakeholders.  

"Day 4: Friday: 18/11/22: Attendance at Jumat Prayer, Abere Central Mosque by 1300hrs.

"Day 5: Saturday 19/11/22: Road Safety Officers' Wives Association visit RTC victims at accident ward, LAUTECH (Osun University Teaching Hospital, Osogbo.

"Day 6: Sunday 20/11/22: Church Service at RCCG Zion Mega Parish ,Niyi Ibikunle area Osogbo."

The Sector Commander seeks support of all to ensure safe motoring across the state.
