Osun Government Ready To Partner With Education Stakeholders

The administration of Ademola Adeleke in Osun has stated that it is ready and open to partnership with other stakeholders of education to move the sector forward. 

The Permanent Secretary of the  Ministry of Education, Adelani Aderinola made this disclosure while speaking at the unveiling of the science laboratory renovated by the Old Students Association of Ilare Community High School. 

Aderinola, while speaking, referred to the intervention made by the old students as a commendable one which is worthy of emulation. 

He said government alone cannot develop the education sector as the pupils need qualitative and quantitative education, calling on other stakeholders in the education sector to support the government.

Also speaking at the event, the President of the Old Students Association, Ilare Community High School, Prof. Olubukola Oyawoye appreciated Osun State Government for being responsive to issues that concern education. 

The former Commissioner for Environment in Osun State said the renovation of the laboratory was necessary to improve the teaching and open learning capabilities of both the teachers and students. 

While dedicating the laboratory to the first principal of the school, Ayodele Olayinka, she said the old students are still keen on making the school develop better.
