    The Osun State correspondent of The Nation Newspaper, Toba Adedeji and one unidentified female student have been shot at by the personnel of the Nigeria Police during a confrontation with protesters in Osogbo.

    Toba was shot in the leg while the other lady was shot in the thigh.

    Toba has been rushed to the emergency unit of UNIOSUN Teaching Hospital.

    The police were engaging with the aggrieved friends of Abiola Afolabi, a police brutality victim at Olaiya junction, Osogbo when this occurred.
