Reports indicate that some members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) were not allowed to cast their votes at Ward 03, Polling Unit 014, Okerewe, Ife East local government area of Osun State.
The PDP members allege that a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) known as Orji led some thugs with cutlasses to the polling unit.
They also claimed that a voter who voted for the opposition PDP was beaten.
Fatai Obiremi, a PDP member disclosed that the security personnel at the unit was just two and they was nothing they could do.
He also stated that they are afraid of going back to the polling unit to cast their vote.
However, a member of the APC at the polling unit denied the allegation. He added that there was no such attack.
