The peaceful voting exercise in the Ife South area of Osun State was briefly marred by rain on Saturday.
As the region decides its next governor, residents have been trooping out to participate in the electoral process, with Governor Oyetola expressing confidence that he would be re-elected.
According to an online report from The Cable, the exercise in polling units in Ife South was disrupted by rainfall on Saturday morning.
