Oyetola, APC Did Not Win 2018 Osun Guber Election — Lasun

The former Deputy Speaker of Osun State House of Representatives, Lasun Yussuff, has revealed that the election that brought in Adegboyega Oyetola, the All Progressive Congress (APC) candidate as governor of Osun State was rigged.

The former legislator who is a chieftain of the Osun APC also revealed that the party lost the said gubernatorial election.

The former Deputy Speaker made this known on Thursday to journalists at the National Secretariat of the APC after picking his nomination forms to contest the party's gubernatorial primaries scheduled for 2022.

While warning that he will not permit a repetition of what transpired in 2018 that made him to be rigged out, the former legislator also disclosed that the current Deputy Senate President Ovie Omo-Agege, was compensated for his current office because of the role he played in 2018 in Osun State.
