Oyo Governor Makes Fresh Appointments

Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde has made a set of fresh appointments.

The appointments were made a few hours after Makinde's second term inauguration.

The inauguration ceremony was held at the Lekan Salami Stadium, Ibadan.

Makinde who had dissolved the cabinet few days ago after he had returned from his London trip has reappointed a former House of Representatives member, Honourable Segun Ogunwuyi as his Chief of Staff.

Ogunwuyi alongside a few others were named as members of the transition committee to usher in Makinde’s second term administration.

Also, the governor has announced Sulaiman Olanrewaju, a business editor with Nigerian Tribune, to replace Taiwo Adisa as Chief Press Secretary.
