The Oyo State Governor, ‘Seyi Makinde has effected a minor reshuffling of his cabinet.
On Tuesday, August 9, 2022, the governor assigned new portfolios to two commissioners.
The reshuffling was announced after the weekly Executive Council meeting in Ibadan.
According to a statement released by the Commissioner for Information, Culture and Tourism, Wasiu Olatubosun, Olasunkanmi Olaleye was reassigned to the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, while Bayo Lawal will be in charge of the Ministry of Trade, Industry, Investment and Cooperatives.
In attendance at the meeting were the Deputy Governor of Oyo State, Bayo Lawal; the Secretary to the State Government, Olubamiwo Adeosun; Chief of Staff to the Governor, Segun Ogunwuyi, among others
