Oyo Police Parades Suspected Kidnappers In Ibadan

The Oyo State Police Command, on Friday, paraded suspected kidnapping syndicates who specialise in terrorising the people of Igana Iwajowa local government area, as well as Ogbomoso axis of the state.

The suspects according to the Oyo State Police Command spokesperson, Adewale Osifeso are one Anjola Abubakar, 25 years, Sani Abacha Abdulahi, 28 years, Sani Abacha Jafaru, 26 years, Sale Muhammadu, 25 years, Isha Seriki Muhammed, 25 years.

Others are Aliu Jafaru aged 50 years, Umar Abubakar, 34 years, Mustapha Baruguma aged 20 years, Unaru Jale Usman, 56 years, Abdulahi Muhammed Sani, 42 years, Jamiu Jubril, 45 years, Kayode Kolade, 35 years, Laggi Usman, 28 years, Jamiu Iroko, 30 years, Sule Bello, 20 years, Umar Shuaibu, 20 years and Kali Weti, 29 years were responsible for the abduction of one Aishat Lawal female, Haruna Jaye, male and Olasunkanmi Wasiu.

In his detailed analysis of the suspects, Osifeso noted that Anjola Abubarkar, Sani Abacha Abdulahi, Sank Abacha Jafaru, Sale Mohammed, and Isah Seriki were responsible for the kidnap of the Manager of Akala’s farm in Ogbomoso, while Umar Abubakar, Mustapha Baruguma, Aliu Jafaru were responsible for the kidnap of Dr. Rasheed Oladoye.

He added that the suspects have confessed to the crime and they are under open interrogations, as they are helping the police with informations that will be of a great help to the command.
