The government of Oyo State has announced the resumption date for the third term of the 2021/2022 academic session for both private and public schools across the state.
The Oyo State government said all private and public schools in the state are to resume on Thursday, May 5, 2022.
The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, A.B. Atete, made this known in a circular released on Tuesday.
The circular included that all headteachers are to comply by the resumption date and commence teaching immediately.
It also included that the Federal Government had declared May 2 to 4 as public holidays.
