#PantamiMustGo: Apostle Suleman Weighs In On Embattled Nigerian Minister Discussion

#PantamiMustGo: Apostle Suleman Weighs In On Embattled Niger

Apostle Johnson Suleman, the General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministries International, Auchi, Edo State, has said that Isa Pantami, the Minister of Communications and Digital Economy in Nigeria cannot stop the spread of Christianity in the northern part of the country.

There are insinuations linking Pantami to the death of Patrick Yakowa, a former governor of Kaduna state.

Pantami, who is under fire for once holding views in support of terror groups, had allegedly chaired a zonal meeting of the Jama’atu Nasril Islam (JNI) in July 2010 where plans were allegedly hatched to kill Yakowa, a Christian.

Yakowa eventually died in December 2012 in a helicopter crash in Bayelsa state alongside Owoye Azazi, retired general and former National Security Adviser (NSA).

In a document now making the rounds as the purported minutes of the meeting allegedly chaired by Pantami in 2010, Yakowa and his family members were marked out to be killed.

Voicing his opinion on the Pantami matter via his verified Twitter handle on Thursday, Apostle Suleman seemingly described the Muhammadu Buhari administration as “a failed system”.

“1million 'patanmis' cannot stop the spread of christianity in northern Nigeria or anywhere for that matter,” Apostle Suleman stated.

“Divisive mentality and separatist ideology can never produce good governance.

“We are counting days to the exit of a failed system.

“We have survived,we will survive..”

The controversy surrounding Pantami’s past has caused some social media users to ask him to resign. #PantamiMustGo is trending. The critics also told President Buhari to sack Pantami if he is not willing to step down.
