Paramedics storm ring as Anthony Joshua brutally KOs Francis

Francis Ngannou needed medical attention on Friday night after Anthony Joshua viciously knocked him down in two rounds.

At 'Knockout Chaos' on Friday night in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the former two-time heavyweight world champion scored two early knockdowns before securing the victory with a powerful right hand.

Joshua's huge straight right hand that dropped Ngannou to the seat of his pants ignited a tentative opening round.

"The Predator" immediately dropped to his knees again, but it took him some time to stand up and resume fighting his much more seasoned opponent in boxing.

In the second round, AJ had Ngannou biting on feints before finally down him with another punch; this time, the former UFC champion appeared more worn out.

In a horrific scenario inside the Kingdom Arena, Joshua ended the bout instantly with a monster punch that knocked out Ngannou.

When paramedics arrived at the ring to check on Ngannou, he was thankfully able to stand and was well enough to speak with his opponent after the fight.

Appearing on camera, Joshua urged Ngannou to continue fighting after having driven Tyson Fury to the verge of defeat in their first-ever professional match.

After the defeat, the Cameroonian knockout artist remained silent, but later this year, he is anticipated to make his MMA comeback against PFL heavyweight champion Renan Ferreira.

Joshua will now go on to battle the victor of Fury's forthcoming two-fight bout with Oleksandr Usyk, the champion of the WBO, WBA, and IBF.
