Kola Ologbodiyan, the National Publicity Secretary of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has advised Rochas Okorocha the former Imo Governor against forming a new political party ahead of the 2023 general elections.

According to Ologbondiyan Okorocha will be making the same mistake made by the All Progressives Congress (APC) if he rushes to form a new party.

“the party would fall into the same errors he now complains about the ruling party," Ologbodiyan said.

AllNews had earlier reported that Rochas Okorocha the former Governor of Imo state called for the formation of a new political party.

However, the former Governor on Monday announced that he and some other unnamed politicians were working together to establish a new political party.

According to Okorocha, APC failed to put into consideration the character of individuals it accepted into the party.

He further revealed that progressive-minded politicians had perfected plans in response to the current state of the nation.
