The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has appointed former President of the Nigerian Senate Olubukola Saraki as chairman of the party's reconciliation committee.
Making this disclosure in a tweet on Monday, Kola Ologbondiyan the spokesperson of PDP listed former Governor of Gombe state Ibrahim Dakwambo, former governor of Kastina State, Ibrahim Shema, former President of the Nigerian Senate Ayim Pius Ayim, the immediate past majority leader at the House of Assembly Mulikat Adeola and former governor of Cross Rivers state Liyel Imoke.

This development is coming shortly after the governor of Ebonyi State Dave Umahi dumped PDP for the ruling All Progressives Congress.
