PDP Suspends Six Members, Expels Two

The People's Democratic Party (PDP), Kaduna State Chapter, has suspended Senator Suleiman Hunkuyi, representing Kaduna North, alongside a former Deputy Speaker, of the state House of Assembly

Other PDP party members were suspended alongside Suleiman, and they include Dr. Mato Dogara representing Lere Local Government, Dr. John Danfulani representing Kachia Local Government, Hashim Garba representing Kubau Local Government, Ibrahim Lazuru also representing Lere Local Government, Lawal Imam Adamu representing Soba Local Government.

Aside from the suspensions, the party also dismissed two of its members, which, according to the PDP Publicity Secretary, Abrahaman Catoh, include Ubale Salmanduna and John Danfulani.

The punitive action was brought about by an alleged anti-party involvement.
