Peter Obi Visits Charly Boy Following Prostrate Cancer Disclosure

Peter Obi has spoken on his recent visit to veteran singer and actor Charly Boy over his health challenges.

AllNews Nigeria previously reported that Charly Boy revealed his battle with prostate cancer while expressing gratitude to God for being alive.

Taking to his official Twitter account late on Friday, the Labour Party presidential candidate in the 2023 election disclosed that the artiste was in his usual high spirits when he met him.

Calling him an overcomer, Obi wished Charly Boy many more years of good health while acknowledging his contribution to Nigeria's development.

"Yesterday, I paid a visit to my very dear elder brother, Charly Boy @AreaFada1 at his residence in Lagos following the recent news of his ill health.

"I was happy to meet him in his usual high spirit and cheerful mood and was convinced that he is the overcomer that he has always been.

"We spent quality and fraternal moments discussing the way forward for our dear country.

"I wished him many more years of good health of the body and mind as he continues to contribute to the development of the nation", the post reads.
