Again Gunmen  Attack Rigwe, Plateau State

Another dark day for the people of wall, in Bassa LGA of Plateau State after they were attacked by  Militia, at Lake Village of Kwall District, Rigwe Chiefdom on Friday.

An inventory of death and losses which were recorded included; Two (2) deaths, victims' names are, Joshua Wanga aged 42, and Ngweda Mali, aged 76. Ninety (90) households, four (4) motorcycles and ten (10) Water pump machines were burnt.

Also, nine (9) Power Generators were burnt, three(3) motorcycles were carted away, with One person Musa Sabo sustaining gunshots injury and currently receiving treatment at an undisclosed hospital 

The public relations officer of Iregwe Development Association (IDA), Davidson Malison, while narrating their ordeal said, "there is an agenda of ethnic cleansing on Rigwe people, and it will not triumph."

"The land has suffered a lot and the damages are becoming unbearable"

"This the third-day Rigwe nation has consecutively been attacked with fewer efforts to curb it by those saddled with the responsibility of protecting lives and properties of the citizenry," he added.
