Plateau State: Senator Dadu'ut Denies Decamping

Nora Ladi Daduut

The Senator representing Plateau South Senatorial district at the National assembly, Professor Nora Ladi Dadu'ut has denied claims making rounds in the media of decamping to another political party.

Dadu'ut who refuted the allegation on Sunday, reaffirmed her allegiance to the All Progressives Congress (APC), stating "I remain a loyal member and have never had intentions of decamping."

She stressed that she remains a member of the APC and would work for its victory come 2023.

Senator Daduut called on the general public to disregard such rumour, advising the proponents to desist henceforth.

“My attention has been drawn to the news going round the social media that I, Senator Representing Plateau South Prof. Nora Daduut, am considering decamping from my party the All Progressives Congress APC."

Stressing that she is still a staunch member of the ruling party, Nora said, “I will at best describe the rumour as malicious and a total fallacy emanating from rabble rousers who are hell-bent on maligning my integrity.

"I remain loyal to Governor Simon Lalong and the leadership of the APC at all times and would work for the victory of  my party the APC at all times.

"My loyalty to my party the APC is 100 per cent.

"I would continue to put the interest of the people of Plateau South Senatorial district and my party first at all times while in the senate," she added.
