Pogba has yet to play for Juventus since his return from Manchester United last summer due to a meniscus injury in his right knee. Despite Allegri previously saying that Pogba was training again and would be available, he did not make the squad for the recent game against Monza.
The coach stated that he may have more information in about 20 days, and emphasized that Pogba is an important player who is working hard to regain his fitness.
Juventus currently sits 11th in Serie A, 30 points behind leaders Napoli, after a 15-point deduction. However, their form has improved with two consecutive wins in all competitions, and Allegri believes they have found a bit of balance.
The team is wary of Fiorentina, who are close behind them, and they are also looking to perform well in the Europa League. Juventus will host Nantes on Thursday for the first leg of the Europa League playoff.
