Police Arrest Suspect Over Murder Of Rapper

The Police in Atlanta has arrested a 22-year-old man identified as Timothy Leeks, over fatal shooting and death of Chicago rapper King Von.

AllNews understands that Von was killed during Atlanta shooting.

However, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution on Sunday said the suspect, was charged with felony murder after the Atlanta Police Department secured warrants on Saturday, November 7.

“Three of the persons shot in the incident have died as a result of their wounds and three others are being treated in area hospitals.

Police officials also said that the incident was under investigation, to ascertain which individuals were struck by gunfire

“Also, the officers who were at the scene were not injured.

“The Georgia Bureau of Investigation and Atlanta Police Homicide investigators are investigating in an attempt to determine which individuals were struck by gunfire from the suspects and whether any were struck by gunfire from the officers,” police officials said.
