Reports reaching AllNews Nigeria indicates that Ibadan-based politician, Lanre Laide Badmus has escaped with her life from a fatal road traffic accident.
The accident about the flamboyant politician was obtained from a video on social media.
The politician who aspires to represent Ibadan North West/South West Federal Constituency under the All Progressives Congress (APC) was on her way to Oyo town for the final burial ceremony of the late Alaafin of Oyo, Lamidi Olayiwola Adeyemi III when she met with the accident.
She reportedly emerged unhurt from the crumpled vehicle.
The cause of the accident could not be ascertained as at press time.
