Porn Star Risks 250 Years In Prison After 20 New Sexual Assault Charges

If convicted of the 20 additional counts of sexual assaults against him, Ron Jeremy an American pornographic actor and filmmaker will face more than 250 years of a prison sentence.

AllNews understands that earlier in June, Jeremy appeared in court for allegedly raping three women and sexually assaulting the fourth between 2014 and 2019.

His counsel had then dismissed the charges in court with claims that 67-year-old Jeremy had been “a paramour to over 4,000 women” and “women throw themselves at him”.

Few days after his appearance in court, prosecutors reported that 25 new complaints of sexual misconduct were reported against him.

However, the Los Angeles district attorney’s office on Monday, announced that the new charges span over 16 years and that the alleged victims range from 15 to 54-year-old, BBC reports.

The porn star, whose real name is Ronald Jeremy Hyatt consistently denied the charges against him and reiterated his commitment to proving his “innocence”.

If convicted as charged, Jeremy faces a possible maximum prison sentence of more than 250 years to life.

Jeremy has featured in over 2,000 adult films since he kickstarted his career in the 1970s.
