Portable denies dissing Davido in track with Dammy Krane [Video]

Controversial Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola, better known as Portable, has come forward to dispel rumors about a diss track recorded with Dammy Krane, targeting Davido.

These speculations surfaced following social media reports about the song they worked on during a studio session amidst Davido’s ongoing feud with Dammy Krane over alleged debts.

Portable, in a video message widely shared on X, clarified that his collaboration with Dammy Krane in the studio was purely a business venture and had no connection to his disagreement with Davido.

He explained that their song together was, in fact, a prayer song.

In Pidgin, Portable emphasised that there was no intention to insult or provoke Davido, stating, “Dammy Krane sang with me, and you’re saying we insulted Davido. It was strictly business. Music is business.”

He appealed for reconciliation between Dammy Krane and Davido, urging the two musicians to put their differences aside.
