A new board of directors has been appointed by Prestige Assurance Plc effective from November 2022.
According to a statement issued by Chidinma Ibe-Louis, the Company’s Secretary, Funmi Oyetunji was appointed as the company’s new chairman.
Oyetunji is an accomplished professional in diverse disciplines and industries.
Before her appointment, she was the Managing Director of Abitos Financial Services Limited, a role she has held since 2002.
Rajesh Kamble is the managing director/chief executive officer, while Chandra Prasad, as an independent non-executive director,
Others include Dr Nosike Agokei as a non-executive director, Aderonke Adedeji as a non-executive director; Vivek Kalla as an executive director; and Rekha Gopalkrishnan as a non-executive director.
