Raymond Dokpesi: DAAR Management Speaks On AIT Founder's Death

Following the announcement of Raymond Dokpesi's death earlier on Monday, the management of DAAR Communications Plc has cleared the air on the passing of the media mogul.

 DAAR Communications Group Managing Director, Tony Akiotu, who confirmed Dokpesi's death in a statement stated that the late Chairman of the organisation was ill before his death. 

Akiotu added that Dokpesi was almost on his way to full recovery before he fell and died during a routine exercise on Monday.

“He had been ill in the last few weeks but was on his way to full recovery.

“He had a fall off his treadmill during routine gym exercise.

“Further announcements as regards to burial arrangements will be made by the family,” the statement read.
