Mavin Records released its joint album ‘Chapter X’ on November 2, and it features vocals and tracks from members of the record label.

Reekado Banks, a former signee of the record label, has described the album as amazing.

He said this via a tweet on Monday morning while giving a shout-out to the label members.

“Mavin family album is amaaazing . S/O to all the players,” he tweeted.

In 2014, Reekado Banks got signed into Don Jazzy-owned record label ‘Mavin Records’ alongside Dija and Korede Bello, after his brother submitted his songs in an online talent hunt organized by the record label.

Under Mavin, Reekado released his official debut single ‘Turn it Up’ featuring Tiwa Savage.

He teamed up with Don Jazzy, Tiwa Savage, Di’Ja, Dr SID and D’Prince on the song ‘Dorobucci’.

With some of the aforementioned, they released songs like ‘Adaobi’, ‘Arise’ and ‘Looku Looku’.

He released a Don Jazzy-produced hit single ‘Katapot’ on February 13, 2015.

He also released other singles like 'Easy Jeje', 'Sugar Baby', 'Blessings on Me' and so on.

In 2018, he announced his departure from Mavin Records to start his independent label ‘Banks Music’.
