Nigerian singer Rema has talked about his next album release after he disclosed that he has gotten admission into the University of Lagos (UNILAG).
News of the Mavin superstar's admission made the rounds on Friday evening and in a series of tweets that same day, the singer disclosed that his decision was influenced by his mother who insisted he get a degree despite his blossoming music career.
“What if I told y’all I got an admission into Unilag?” he tweeted. “Lol, Mom said I still need to get a degree sigh, oh well, see you guys in class! ”

Speaking on his next album, Raves and Roses, the Bad Commando crooner revealed that he plans to release it before his return to school.
“I will try to drop the album before I enter school. So they’ll not beat me in UNILAG. Plus, I’m in the Creative Art Department", he disclosed.
