Revealed: How Arteta hired pickpockets to drive important me

Mikel Arteta is trending in the sports publications Thurday evening, for an unconvential method he deployed last season to teach his Arsenal players the need to be alert, as they prepre for the start of the 2024/2025 season.

It has been revealed by a wide range of media outlets like Sky Sports, The Athletic and the BBC that the Arsenal boss hired profesional pickpockets to steal the valueables of the players.

This is to imbibe alertness on the players' minds as they go again to usurp Manchester City as premier League champions.

The Gunners have finished in second place behind City for two consecutive seasons and have played four pre season games = with a fifth in the Emirates Cup on Sunday against Lyon - before their first game of the season against Wolves next Saturday.

The pickpocketing incident happened during a team dinner last season. The mission given to the infiltrated thieves was to move around the tables during the meal and steal as many personal items from the players as they could.

At the end of the dinner, Arteta asked his players to empty their pockets, and many were surprised to find valuable items like phones and wallets missing.
