The judge, Murtala Nasir, sentenced lbrahim after he pleaded guilty to negligent conduct.
Nasir, however, gave the convict an option to pay N10,000 as fine.
He also ordered the convict to pay N50,000 as compensation for the missing motorcycle.
Earlier, the prosecution counsel, Mr. Aliyu Ibrahim told the court that Mr. Abdulazeez Abdulkareem, who resides in Rigasa area of Kaduna reported the case to the police on March 3, 2021.
Ibrahim said that the complainant left his motorcycle under the care of the guard.

When he came back for it, the prosecution told him that the motorcycle got stolen when he left his duty post to look for N1,000 change for someone.
He said the offence contravened the Section 157 of the Sharia Penal Code.
