Beneficiaries of the Nigerian government's N-Power scheme are still lamenting the non-payment of their March stipend as Sadiya Farouq, the country's Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management, and Social Development, emptily claimed payment has begun.
On March 31st, Farouq, through the official Twitter account of the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development had assured 'immediate payment' of N-Power beneficiaries' stipend. Read more here.
Despite assurances on Tuesday by the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, Sadiya Umar Farouq that N-Power beneficiaries will start to receive their March stipend from the 14th of April, we can confirm that payments have not started.

The Federal Government of Nigeria on Tuesday said all N-Power beneficiaries in the country would get bank alerts for their March stipend from Tuesday.
