N-Power: Despite Tuesday Promise, Beneficiaries Yet To Receive March Stipend 'Alert'

Despite assurances on Tuesday by the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, Sadiya Umar Farouq that N-Power beneficiaries will start to receive their March stipend from the 14th of April, we can confirm that payments have not started.

N-Power: Minister Farouq Confirms When March Stipend Will Be Paid

The Federal Government of Nigeria on Tuesday said all N-Power beneficiaries in the country would get bank alerts for their March stipend from Tuesday.

The Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, Sadiya Umar Farouq, in a statement signed by her media aide, Salisu Na’inna Dambatta, said the payment was meant for over 400,000 N-Power graduate volunteers throughout Nigeria. Read more here.

As they await their March stipend settlement, the mood of downcast remains among beneficiaries of the Federal Government’s N-Power scheme.
