Serie A: Genoa vs Inter; Lukaku's Brace Puts Inter 4 Points

The Serie A title race was back tonight as Inter Milan visited relegated-threatened Genoa at the Luigi Ferraris Stadium. Romelu Lukaku's brace earned Inter Milan 3 vital points to keep the heat and pace on Juventus.

The Belgium all-time scorer did what he knows best, with a show of striking prowess, aerial ability, and pace to win Inter Milan all three points against Genoa.

With 34 minutes on the clock, Cristiano Biraghi sent in a cross, Lukaku beat his marker to head the ball into the net, what a poacher skill from the 27-year old striker. That ended the actions in the first half.

In the second half, the early stages could not give a goal but in the 83rd minute, Victor Moses dribbled down the right flank sent in a cross, Sanchez blasted it into the roof of the net to make it 2-0.

The 3rd goal for the night was from Lukaku to make it 3-0 in an incisive counter-attack the Belgium striker went solo with a step over dribble, he rounded it up in style. He went for placement, not power. See tables

Only Stefano Nyers (26) and Ronaldo (25) have done better.
