Napoli currently sits at the top of the league with 53 points from 20 games, 13 points ahead of second-placed Inter Milan.

Napoli keeper Alex Meret made a crucial save to stop Bryan Cristate's header in the 61st minute, while Roma equalized in the 75th minute with a goal from substitute Stephan El Shaarawy.

The club and its fans are eagerly waiting to end their 33-year title drought, and with Osimhen leading the charge, they are closer than ever to achieving their goal.
