Super Eagles winger Ademola Lookman was on target for Atalanta against Florentina in a 2022-23 Serie A encounter on Sunday.
The match ended 1-0 in favour of Atalanta to help them continue their impressive start to the new season.
Lookman scored the only goal of the encounter in the 59th minute to hand Atalanta the maximum points.
The former Leipzig star has now scored two goals and recorded three assists for Atalanta in seven Serie games.
The win propelled Atalanta to the top position on the log with 20 points, winning six and drawing two of their opening eight games of the 2022-23 season.
Lookman teamed up with Atalanta in the summer after spending last season on loan at Leicester City in the Premier League.
Up next for Atalanta is a clash with in-form Udinese on Saturday.
