Seven Bad Habits That Can Cause Penis Shrinkage

Seven Bad Habits That Can Cause Penis Shrinkage

Although men do not require a large or small penis to stimulate a woman during intercourse, size does matter.

Men's penis sizes vary, and in some cases, significantly. According to one study, race and ethnicity do not affect penis size.

There are notions by many that the size of a man's penis is greatly determined by their race, country or even ethnicity, but this isn't true.

However, certain habits greatly determine the size of a man's penis.

In this article, we will look at those habits that can cause penis shrinkage.

A few habits may be exacerbating the situation and causing your phallus to shrink in size as a man.

Here are seven bad habits to break away from to prevent penis shrinkage.

1. Poor Dental Health

According to the Journal of Periodontology researchers, men with erectile dysfunction have a higher incidence of gum disease.

According to a 2012 study, bacteria in gum tissue can spread throughout your body, causing inflammation and harming the blood vessels in your phallus.

2. Weight Gain

Many men are concerned about the effects of weight gain, particularly around their stomachs, as they age.

The phallus is linked to the abdominal wall, so when the belly expands, it pulls the phallus inward.

When a man loses weight, the shape and size of his penis return to normal.

3. Smoking Too Much

Smoking can cause significant shrinkage of the penis.

Cigarette smoke contains carcinogenic substances that can damage blood vessels, cause erectile dysfunction, and harm penile tissues.

4. Not Working Out Enough

Penis growth is significantly influenced by exercise.

Regular exercise improves blood flow to the organ and unclogs blood vessels.

5. Consuming Unhealthy Food

Consumption of unhealthy foods, such as fast food, has the greatest influence on penis size.

Men who regularly consume processed foods high in trans fats, such as cookies, cakes, chocolate, chips, and fried and processed meals, produce lower-quality sperm than men who eat a balanced diet that includes whole grains, vegetables, and fish, according to research.

6. Not Eating Enough Fruits or Veggies

Consume antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables for a long, healthy penis.

These substances are especially effective at combating free radicals, which form in blood vessels and harm the body.

Antioxidants also help to strengthen blood vessels. According to a 2008 Texas A&M University study, the compound citrulline-arginine found in watermelon can effectively treat and possibly even prevent erectile dysfunction.

7. Dehydration and Stress

Penis shrinkage can be caused by a variety of factors, including dehydration and psychological stress.

Though shrinkage of your penis is not considered a medical condition, it may put your self-esteem at risk in a relationship.

So, if you believe you are constantly stressed or dehydrated, this could be the cause of your shrinkage.

To improve your sex life and avoid penis shrinkage, you must learn to manage your stress and stay hydrated.
