#shedibalabala: Dr Anu Under Fire Again As Lady Laments Failed Butt Surgery

Barely six months after Lagos Surgeon, Dr. Anu Adepoju was suspended by the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC), another lady has accused the health practitioner of carrying out failed butt surgery on her in Abuja.

Between July and November 2020, FCCPC and Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) issued a suspension letter to Dr. Anu following multiple claims of malpractice and botched surgeries at her clinic, Med Contour.

In now-viral pictures of the alleged botched surgery, the client explained that she had engaged the services of Dr. Anu because she had no knowledge about previous allegations against her.

The lady said she is based in New York and had returned to Nigeria 10 years after she left the country.

She noted that it was after the surgery that she got pieces of information about the cosmetic surgeon’s past records.

According to the lady, the development has left her with fat necrosis, a condition that occurs when a person experiences an injury to an area of fatty tissue.

The client added that the surgery has continued to cause her untold pain, adding that “I am dying in Abuja.”

she wrote on social media saying, “Dr. Anu has done it again o. She has been in Abuja doing surgery and giving them an infection. Dr. Anu gave me an infection, fat necrosis. I’m dying in Abuja o. I live abroad, I live in New York. I didn’t know about Anu until I came down to Nigeria,”
