Simi Questions Dramatic Prayers Of Nigerians

Popular Nigerian singer Simi has made a commentary on the dramatic and elaborate nature of prayers in Nigeria.

In a tweet, she notes that many prayers are phrased in a way that seems overly dramatic, such as praying that the ‘wicked eyes of darkness’ will not know someone’s address.

Simi suggested that people often make things more difficult than they need to be, even when it comes to prayer.
