Nigerian songstress, Simi, has reacted to a viral video of a visually impaired young girl singing her hit single 'Duduke' word-for-word.
According to the Duduke hitmaker, the young girl is inspiring. Retweeting a video of the singing girl, Simi simply wrote; "so inspiring'
A viral video had surfaced on the internet showing the young girl passionately singing Duduke. The young lady displayed an amazing talent, which gave many people goosebumps and made them watch over and over again.
“Duduke” was released on April 19, 2020, which happens to be Simi's 32nd birthday.
In an Instagram post, Simi explained that Duduke means one’s heartbeat and generally celebrates motherhood.
“Many people have asked me what #duduke means - it's the beat of your heart or the beat of the drums you move your body to, or the beat you sing a melody to - it's whatever beat you want it to be ?? - I know (you know) why I made this song, but I want you to make it your own. Enjoy yourself. No limits. That's the beauty of true music.
“Also, we're celebrating mums, mums to be, and the amazing women that are praying to be moms as well, as it will soon be Mother's day. So like I said before - let us see ur towel bellies, your pot bellies, your flat bellies. I just want to see you dance and sing and whateve else ??.
