Nigerian singer Simi Ogunleye has questioned why the government has been unable to fix the country.
Many Nigerians have continued to lament over the difficulties in the nation, ranging from insecurity to an increase in food prices, among other things.
Simi says there is a lot to gain in Nigeria if the government fixes the country in a message uploaded on her Twitter page.
She wondered why the government is ignorant, unable to see the big picture in making the system work better for it's citizens.
"I do not, for the life of me, understand how the government does not see how they, we have so much much much more to gain if they actually fixed the country.
"Why are they blind to the big picture. How much can you steal? How much can you spend? Why can’t you help your people?", she wrote.
